Price changes

Dear valued customer,

We've raised prices.

I always like to write something up like this to communicate to you, our customers, whenever something significant happens. I suppose a price-change is as good a time as any!

Over the past year, we've continued to strive to serve you the best coffee that the world has to offer, and we've been all working hard to improve our barista skills, improve our coffee quality, and give you the best customer service. As always, please feel free to send me your feedback at nick@murkycoffee.com. Whether it's good news, bad news, a criticism or praise, I always appreciate feedback from our customers. It's for you that we're always pushing ourselves to make what we do better and better.

The unfortunate fact is that the costs involved in everything that we offer is more expensive than pretty much anywhere, and the care and craftsmanship that goes into every drink is more involved than in all but a few coffeebars nation-wide. In order to be able to maintain (and improve) the quality of service that we offer, we need to adjust pricing.
